Ingredients

 

1 Cacciatore Sausage

50ml Dry red wine

 

Method

 

Slice the sausage and place in an oven proof dish with red wine. Bake in Pizza oven near the front for approx 8-10 minutes. Serve with the garlic and rosemary pizza.
