Chocolate Brownie Pizza with Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients

100g chocolate brownie cake

50g marshmallows, sliced

50g good quality cooking chocolate

25g thickened cream

Fresh Fruit - optional

 

Method

 

Bring cream to the boil in a saucepan and add chopped chocolate.

Remove from the heat and stir.

Crumble chocolate brownie over the dough

Place sliced marshmallow over the brownie and top with a drizzle

of the chocolate/cream sauce.

Cook and watch them melt together.

(Fruit optional before or after cooking)
