Smoked Chicken,  Leek & Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients

 

100g smoked chicken, sliced

1 leek, sliced and sweated off in a little butter

50g pepperoni, sliced

Mozzarella cheese, shredded, to taste

 

Method

 

Spread pizza sauce over pizza base.

Place on smoked chicken, leek, pepperoni and top with shredded Mozzarella .
